Payment is non-refundable. Cancellations requested prior to the 12 month payment term will not be refunded. If payments cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, updated credit card info or other billing issues, customers will be contacted to rectify the issue. Payment plans that cannot be processed after several attempts will be cancelled and your reserved space in the program will be offered to another person. Tickets are transferrable should you wish to offer your Season Pass to another person. Upon transferring your ticket, please email kristyn@theleftbraingroup.com and let us know the new ticket holder information.

Payments can be made in full or set up with a payment plan. A 4% service fee has been added to all tickets. The fee is reflected in the ticket price when added to your cart.
Season pass payment plan
LBG Residency Payment Plans are set up for a 12 month period. You will pay the first monthly installment upon your initial registration, and then on the same day of each month for 11 consecutive months. Pay in full and save 10%.
